Recessed Block Pavior
Predominately a product for outdoor use in areas such as paved yards and shopping precincts; available in galvanised mild steel, stainless steel. Show edges from brass or stainless steel are also available. The recessed block pavior cover and frame is fabricated with a recess in the tray for solid infill such as block Pavior, flagstones, slabs, granite and also tarmac.
Designed to present a minimum of exposed metal which enables the cover to integrate with the aesthetic finish of the surrounding area, covers are pressed with an inward taper to give adequate clearance for removal from the frame in it’s location. The assembly can be manufactured to suit any depth of in-fill and all sizes and number of parts. Corner Bosses incorporating a BS lifting keyway are in each corner of the cover as standard, which also enables each one to be engraved with the relevant identification of the utility.
Threaded lifting points are also available for the mechanical removal of the covers from their frame.
A wide varity of sealing and locking options are available and most products can be made to incorporate customer’s individual requirements.
Stock comprises of openings ranging from 300x300mm c/o to 1220x675mm c/o.
