The qualifications and skills gained by our staff has been a key component in our business success and we have worked closely with the Telford College providing placements for modern apprenticeships.

Modern apprenticeships work by providing each apprentice with a structured programme of training leading towards a recognized qualification. The apprenticeships can be tapered to suit a wide variety of job roles within any organization and enable individuals to gain varying levels of qualification depending on their ability and the business requirements.

This has provided an ideal way for FSP to identify talent and introduce enthusiastic motivated young people into our business.

An apprenticeship can also be a route into higher education and for gaining further qualifications.

In addition to this, Telford College along with Wolverhampton University and ourselves are all trust partners with the Lord Silkin School and collectively we all strive to raise the aspirations of young people within our local community.
